Terms & Policies

 

RESERVATION POLICIES:

Reservations will be held until 5 minutes prior to class time. Once you arrive please check in at the front desk to claim your reserved spot. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Students are expected to remove themselves from class if they are unable to attend. Missed reservations may result in the deduction of a class if you didn't remove yourself prior to your reserved class starting.

CHECK-IN:

Please check in with the front desk when you arrive for class. Students who pre-register online still need to check-in so we know who attended. 

FACILITIES:

We work very hard to maintain and keep a clean environment for our students. Please respect the space and help us keep it clean by using the provided recycling and towel bins around the studio. Shoes are to be removed and left at the front entrance; indoor shoes may be worn if desired. Items left at the studio will be kept in our lost and found for up to 30 days. We donate lost and found items monthly, so if you are concerned you might have left something behind please call us so we can put it aside. The studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

While we very rarely turn people away, we do appreciate forwardness about any new or existing medical conditions or injuries. The more our teachers are aware of what you are working through the better we can help facilitate your class.

refunds, returns & exchanges:

All memberships are non-refundable and not share-able. Unworn, unwashed clothing with their original tags still attached may be returned or exchanged for studio credit within 14 days. A $35 admin fee will be applied to any transfers, holds and NSF transactions.
